RN-BSN options

I live in Tucson, AZ and evaluating schools to attend for my BSN. I graduated frm PCC in December and working as an RN in a SNF. I am trying to narrow down my choices. Has anyone completed or is in the process of the RN to BSN with any of the following schools? University of Phoenix, Northern Arizona University, Souththern AZ University, or Grand Canyon University? I am looking at cost worthy education and financial aide options. Please help.
